Ongoing home renovation
This collection of images highlights the ongoing restoration of my pre-1900s cottage in Grandborough. The property has endured significant damp issues and various other challenges. The building has been rewired, and the pipework renewed. Damp problems have been tackled by installing battens to create a cavity in front of the original brickwork. The cottage has been insulated, and a new gas heating system installed. Work is still underway, and I will continue to update the gallery with the latest progress.
Above stair Storage
A snapshot of our latest project: transforming that awkward, unused space above the stairs into a truly one-of-a-kind storage solution, accessed from the bedroom. What was once dead space is now both practical and beautifully integrated. Huge thanks to Naz and Toby for the bacon sandwiches and plenty of well-timed cups of tea.
